This is quite a story! An unreported true version of an Indian journalist who entered Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir through Afghanistan border for a range of stories for a leading global television channel. But once he enters the militant camp, it was all a different ball game. Life and death hanging on a thread, Ayanjit managed to stay in the camp for a few days and what unfolds later is a spine-chilling story and later on it unfolds in his court deposition which seals the fate of the Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorists for attack on the historic Red Fort, years back.

A leading Bollywood production house is going to make a film on Ayanjit Sen’s heroic journalism assignment. When contacted, senior journalist and global digital strategist, Ayanjit Sen, says,” The concept of film on this rel and true story came up during a informal chat with director-duo Jenny-Dipayan and they told me these unreported story will make a great film. Hence, I gave my nod to them.”

The production house sources said work on the script has already begun and a few leading actors including Ajay Devgn are being contacted to play the role of Ayanjit Sen.

“There are several details which I recovered and handed over to our Indian intelligence. Hope all those have come to our country’s help in the next few years,” said Ayanjit.

“Thankfully, I am a hostile environment-trained journalist by former army officers in India and abroad and that helped me to tackle the crisis in PoK to a large extent. It was certainly a great escape but not before doing my bit for the country. For me, I am a hardcore professional but my country comes first,” said Ayanjit, who has officially visited different cities in Pakistan as a journalist once during the Indo-Pak cricket series in 2004.
Mr Sen has worked for a leading international news organizations for several years.
