Human Resource Development Department always strive to align their training modules with the Organisations’ Vision And Mission Statement.

HR Learning Network and Institute of Integrated Development and Research (IIDR ) organised a learning and development session, covering the topics on Training – Need – Identification ( TNI ) , Leadership Coaching and on POSH . Over sixty HR professionals from different corporates and organisations attended the symposium. Industry stalwarts shared their experiences and views with the zen y professionals.

Sayak Sarkar on behalf of HR Learning Network informed that considering the huge concern and demand for such exploration , there will be more such interactive sessions to be organised in future to cater the cross functional professionals from different industries.

HR professionals from Sony India, Vodafone, Dabur, Dey’s Medical, Reliance, Star Cement, Emami Realty, Emami Agrotech, Chandrani Pearls and other reputed corporate houses participated and inter-acted among them with great enthusiasm.

It is noteworthy to mention, currently, HR Learning Network is having 350 plus strong membership strengths and growing day by day, also.
