The wait is finally over for horror and comedy lovers as MRJ Films and Chinman Shows Production unveiled the trailer of their upcoming horror-comedy entertainer, BHOOTU AAYA BHAGO!!. The film is slated for a theatrical release on 25th September 2026. Adding to the excitement of the spooky evening, Raja Chandra and Aparajita Auddy joined the cast and crew as special guests at the trailer launch.
Directed by Dr. Manaranjan Jena and Souvik Dey, BHOOTU AAYA BHAGO!! promises a quirky mix of horror, comedy, suspense and unexpected twists. The trailer introduces audiences to the eerie world of the abandoned Santikunj Hospital, where a seemingly harmless prank takes a terrifying turn.
Set in the suburbs of Bengal, the story follows three struggling friends battling unpaid bills, family pressures, shattered dreams and an uncertain future. In an attempt to scare their greedy landlord, they fake a ghost possession. What begins as a prank soon becomes an unexpected opportunity when the trio turns their act into a paranormal content channel, transforming themselves into social media sensations. However, as their popularity grows, strange incidents make them question whether they have accidentally awakened a real paranormal force.
