14th Jan 2023: Institute of Electro Homeopathy Medical Science and Research Centre organized a one day seminar cum symposium ‘Socio-Medical conference Mediscience 2023’ on the occasion of 214th Birthday Celebration of Count Caesar Mattel, the founder of Electro-homeopathy on 14th January 2023 at Institute Campus – 54, Arya Vidyalay Road, Kol – 78
Elrectro-homeopathy is a new process of treatment which was discovered by Count Caesar Mattel. Electro-homeopathy medicines are harmless because they are prepared from plants through a process called Zimple Method or Krauss Method as included in GHP and are diluted, for which toxicological effects are removed and dynamic properties are enhanced. So Electro-homeopathy medicines are safe, non-toxic and non-addictive.
On the occasion of the birth ceremony of Count Caesar Mattel (The Father of Electro-homeopathy) a panel discussion has been organized related to various health and medicinal issues like Basic principle of Electro-homeopathy, acute abdomen and its practical approach, Obesity. Spine decease and Its Management, PCOD, Menstrual Disorder, Yoga, Meditation etc.
Electro-homeopathy is a purely herbal system of medicine founded by Count Caesar Mattei of Bologna, Italy in 1865. The viciations of lymph and blood are the root cause of diseases. The fundamental axiom in the book “ELECTRO HOMOEOPATHY: THE PRINCIPLES OF NEW SCIENCE” is mentioned as “LUIFE IS IN THE BLOOD, DISEASE IN ITS VICIATIONS, AND MEDICINES IN SIMILARS”.
The medicines are herbal, cost effective and comprehensive system of care and not restricted to few diseases only. Fundamental concept of diseases differs from those of recognized system of medicines. The Electro-homeopathy is not yet recognized as a system of medicine except in the state of Rajasthan. As per the GO No. V.25011/276/2009-HR. Govt. of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health Research, New Delhi dated 5th May 2010 it has been clearly explained as “In accordance with Orders of the High Court and Supreme Court, there is no proposal to stop practice in electro homeopathy or imparting education, as long as this is done within the provision of the order No. R. 14015/25/96-U & H (R) (Pt) dated 25th November 2003 of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
Once the legislation to recognize new system of medicine is enacted, any practice or education would be regulated in accordance with the said Act” and the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court deciding a batch of five SLPs including SLP No. 23572/2009 and 299919/2011 by an order dated 22.01.2015 while noting that. In view of the counter affidavit filed by the Union of India, to effect that there is no ban on the medical practice of Electro homeopathy. It has been further noted by us that GO. No. c.30011/22/2010- HR, Govt. of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, (Department of Health Research) New Delhi dated 21.06.2011 states that as per the direction of the Hon. Lucknow Bench of the High Court Jurisdiction at Allahabad, it is clarified the MH & FW Order No. R. 14015/25/96 u&H (R) (Pt.) dated 25.11.2003 and no.v.25011/276/2009-HR dated 05.05.2010 would be treated as instruction of the Government of India related to practice, education and research with regard to alternative system of medicine like electropathy, electro-homeopathy, etc. Recognition of the system is still under the consideration of the Govt. of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health Research, New Delhi).
