Techno India Group one of the largest and most acclaimed knowledge management groups and leaders in Education and Healthcare in West Bengal today joined hands with Eastern India Rotary Welfare Trust today laid the foundation stone of one of the private multi Super Specialty Hospital- Rotary Techno Global Hospital, in Kolkata. Mr. Satyam Roychowdhury, Founder, Techno India Group and Mr. Shekhar Mehta, President-Rotary International laid the Foundation Stone of the 650 beds hospital in Salt Lake, Kolkata. This Multi Super Specialty facility at Salt Lake, Sector V will be an addition to the Techno Global Hospital chain currently operating out of Barrackpore and Salt Lake, Sector III.
The upcoming 650 bedded state-of-the-art infrastructure on 3 acres of land situated in the heart of Salt Lake Electronics Complex, would have healthcare facilities of world-class standard. The first phase of the proposed hospital complex with 350 beds would be fully operational in the next two years. Total investment for this project is envisaged to be above Rs 300 crores. The upcoming ROTARY TECHNO GLOBAL HOSPITAL, apart from the city of Kolkata, will offer a wide vista of specialized high-end healthcare to serve a large population of Eastern and North-Eastern states of India and the neighbouring countries. The existing Rotary Netralaya at the same premises would turn into a full-fledged eye care and research centre of international standard. The first phase of the proposed hospital complex will have 350 beds and would be fully operational by the year 2024.
