Popular actor/activist/teacher of method acting from Kolkata, has been consistently carrying out his pathbreaking,free of cost, preventive awareness program for the youth, titled ‘I AM THE KING OF MY MIND’ since 2013. He has reached more than 450 schools, colleges and universities globally with an astounding feedback.
February 13th being his birthday, he always makes it a point to organize a campaign on that day, every year, to fruitfully celebrate the occasion. In 2025 he collaborated with The Future Scholars Academy, situated in Baduria, 24 Parganas(North) .
This reputed school, with its sprawling and picturesque campus, is a plastic free zone. The official photographer of the session was soldier Anubhab De(VIII) , assisted by soldier Rishaan Banerjee(VII) , who was also designated with the symbolic title of ‘The 1st Soldier’. The yet another important title of ‘The Trendsetter’ went to soldier Suvashri Sarkar(VIII).
The students welcomed Bobby with a birthday song in chorus, after which he was inundated with gifts by Principal Madam.
The session was extremely interactive and interesting, with students being made aware of the vices of smoking, alcoholism,smart phones, abusive language, gambling through online games, obscenity online to etc. through real incidents and fun social experiments. They imbibed the soldier’s formula HCF ( Health-Career-Family) and the mantra ‘I am the king of my mind’.
The winners at the end of the session were Soumi, Khalid and Samim, who along with Anubhab, we’re given special prises, personalized HCF t-shirts and Community Service. Certificates.
